RESTAURANT HISTORY
Cheyenne may not immediately come to mind when thinking about a fancy place to live. However, in the late 1800’s during the building of the Union Pacific, Cheyenne was actually nicknamed Paris of the West because it was deemed to be so fancy. We wanted to pay tribute to Cheyenne’s beginnings with a unique name.
